Clothing manufacturers, while developing systems for marking the size of women’s clothing, take into account several key indicators, namely, height, chest, waist and thighs.
How to determine your size?
If you’re not sure what your clothes size is, you can easily determine it if you know your height, chest circumference, waist and thighs. The most important thing is to take measurements correctly.
1 Chest circumference.
The centimetre-long belt runs horizontally through the most protruding points of the chest, through the axillary cavities, and closes at a level below the corners of the blades
2 Waist circumference.
A centimetre-long belt runs horizontally around the narrowest part of the waist
3 Hip circumference.
Centimetre-long belt runs horizontally along the most protruding points of the buttocks, closed at the front.
Height should be measured from the back of the head to the sole of the foot (without shoes). If you want to measure the length of your clothes, you need to apply a centimetre-long strip to the highest point of your shoulder.
